1. Acceptance and eligibility
These Terms are an agreement between you and Wular Ltd ("Wular", "we", "us" or "our"). By downloading, accessing or using AI Radar, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 and legally able to enter this agreement. If local law requires a higher age for independent consent, a parent or guardian must authorise your use. You must comply with applicable law and the rules of Apple App Store or Google Play.
2. What AI Radar provides
AI Radar checks selected photos, videos and supported public social links for signals associated with AI generation and face manipulation. For videos with audio, it also checks the analysed audio for AI-generation signals. It provides processing stages, a score, a plain-language verdict, and where available deepfake, AI-audio, consistency and timestamped frame results.
Video analysis is limited to the first 60 seconds. AI Radar does not claim to analyse content after the displayed analysed duration. Private, deleted, login-only, unsafe or unsupported links may be rejected.
3. Results are probabilistic
Results are informational and should be considered alongside provenance, source context and other evidence. Do not rely on AI Radar as the sole basis for legal, employment, educational, financial, safety, journalistic, disciplinary or law-enforcement decisions. Do not use a result to harass, defame or publicly accuse another person.
4. Your media and links
You retain any rights you have in content you submit. You grant Wular a limited licence to host, copy, transform, transmit and process that content only as needed to provide, secure and support AI Radar.
You confirm that you have the rights, permission or other lawful basis needed to submit the media or public link. Do not submit unlawful content, private intimate material without consent, child sexual abuse material, content that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights, or content obtained through unauthorised access.
Supported social platforms are independent and not affiliated with AI Radar. You remain responsible for complying with their terms and for how you use any result. Our handling of submitted content is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Daily credits and purchases
- A photo check costs one credit.
- A video or video-link check costs one credit per five analysed seconds, rounded up, to a maximum of twelve credits.
- Three promotional daily credits may be claimed once per UTC day only by pressing Claim now. Availability, amount or continuation of promotional credits may change, subject to applicable law.
- Paid credit packs are consumable digital items with no cash value. They are personal, non-transferable and cannot be resold.
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google and managed through RevenueCat. The price displayed by the store at confirmation is the price charged. Store terms govern payment, cancellation, taxes and refund requests. Cancelling the store sheet before confirmation does not purchase credits.
AI Radar reserves credits before starting a check and uses idempotent transactions to avoid duplicate debits. Eligible failed or queued-cancelled checks are refunded automatically. Contact support if the balance remains incorrect after using Sync purchases.
6. Anonymous account limitation
You are responsible for maintaining access to the device and app installation. Deleting the account permanently removes associated history and asks RevenueCat to delete the app customer; this cannot be undone.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use AI Radar unlawfully, abusively, deceptively or to violate another person's rights.
- Attempt to access private networks, other users' data, non-public media or unsupported services.
- Bypass rate limits, credit controls, authentication, link validation or other technical protections.
- Interfere with the service, automate excessive requests, reverse engineer the app except where law expressly permits, or probe for vulnerabilities without authorisation.
- Misrepresent a probabilistic result as proof or as a statement made by Wular about a person.
We may reject content, limit requests or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, providers or the service, enforce these Terms or comply with law.
8. Third-party services
AI Radar depends on Firebase, Cloudflare R2, SightEngine, UndetectableAI, MediaApi, RevenueCat, Apple, Google and PostHog. Their availability and platform rules can affect the service. Wular is not responsible for a third-party platform's content, link availability, store decision or independent service terms.
9. Our intellectual property
AI Radar, its software, design, radar mark, copy and related intellectual property belong to Wular or its licensors. These Terms grant only a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the app as provided.
10. Changes and availability
We may update, add, remove or discontinue features, supported links, providers, prices or the service. We aim to communicate material changes where practical. Internet access is required, provider processing may take time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, AI Radar is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties that results will be accurate, complete, suitable for a particular purpose or continuously available. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, Wular is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of data, reputation, profit or opportunity, or decisions made from a detector result. Our total liability relating to paid AI Radar services will not exceed the amount you paid for AI Radar during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. General terms
If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent. Mandatory consumer protections in your country continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Wular Ltd operates, without depriving you of mandatory protections in your place of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms. We will post the updated effective date and provide additional notice where required. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms; otherwise, stop using AI Radar and delete the account.
